When we break the data down by score groups, the average insurance score has increased across all risk segments during the same period. For policyholders in lower score bands, there’s a higher than average improvement with the score increasing by five to six points on average. Across other risk segments, the average change is between two to three points.
At a macro level, we don’t see any pockets where the average score moved significantly, indicating stability across risk profiles with no systemic shift in the average score.
